1996-1997Portfolio - EGON Web Design

I worked for EGON Web Design from January, 1996 to December, 1997. As co-founder and President, EGON Web Design was one of the first web design firms in the Santa Barbara area, coming at a time when the web was just entering the commercial realm. Along with two other colleagues, EGON Web Design provided advice and technical support to various companies and organizations in and around the Santa Barbara area.

Principle clients of EGON Web Design were Montecito Bank and Trust, Coastal View News, the Santa Barbara Symphony, the Santa Barbara Chamber Orchestra, the Carpinteria Valley Chamber of Commerce, Valle Verde Retirement Community and more. All of these clients had never before held a presence on the internet and EGON Web Design led the way in bringing many of these local institutions onto the web.

Working alongside local graphic design firm Image Net, EGON Web Design provided everything from design, project management, training and engineering solutions for both internal and external on-line communications. These same clients are still being handled today by Image Net, which took over EGON's clients when the company decided to disband at the end of 1997.
