New Blog Layout

‘Since I have started blogging, I have been using Blogger.com, Google’s free, and standards compliant, web platform. As much as I have enjoyed using Blogger, I felt that I needed something more flexible and a bit more extensive than what Blogger currently offers. I have always looked for a blog platform that has strong support for both blog articles and photo albums. While I believe the best blog site out there is still Blog Harbor, where I host my photo blog, I am somewhat limited to what my isp host offers.

Enter WordPress (1.2.2). WordPress is a php supported blog with a variety of features. While it does not boast much in terms of photo albums, it’s article features seem more than enough of what I need. I have looked for a blog where I can simply enter in articles while having previews of those articles appear in different parts of my site, and WordPress performs the task well.

As you see on the left sidebar, I have broken down this blog into various categories where articles are organized under each related subject. I will add more subjects over time and I hope you come back frequently to read what I have to say.
